Reflections: In my mother’s native tongue (tagalog), Kapwa translates as neighbor, fellow being, dear reflection. Kapwa represents coming together, similar to ceremony. This medicine helps one to come together within oneself, first ~ through an awakening of the senses. With community coming into greater focus during the time of creating this, I felt very loving and proud to know that this blend could be recommended to just about any neighbor in need of relief, or a moment of stillness to enjoy and carry forth – as a reminder that we are supported in our efforts to support each other. Consistent communion with Kapwa has gifted me a stronger sense of security, as well as, natural confidence in maintaining boundaries -thanks to nettle’s protective energy. There is genuine care for you experiencing soothing sense of peace within – thanks to rose’s soft, loving and inviting energy. This blend is kin. Protects and loves us like family should. Enjoy, kapwa.
Meditation: Take a deep breath, set an intention of what you’d like to protect within yourself and in your life. Recite: I am loved. I am protected. The sweetness of life surrounds me. The sweetness of life flows through me. I deserve to live a naturally healthy & harmonious life. Nature nurtures me.
Medicine Message: Kapwa, your precious energy is to be softly cradled and fiercely protected as you retrieve your peace and blessings. We recognize and honor your divine essence in all dimensions .:. that offers support, strength, safety, and bliss on this trip .:.
